Welcome! If you are running a project in Mongolia, we hope this free website will help you to find the volunteers you need. Before you advertise, please read this important information:

1. Your organisation must be non-profit. Charities and state institutions (e.g. schools, orphanages, museums) are both welcome.
2. You must have enough internet access to be able to communicate with interested people.
3. The site is strictly to help organisations find skills they need. It is not for fund-raising. You can require volunteers to pay their own costs and make their own arrangements, but you cannot ask them for money. Apart from this condition, many different financial arrangements are possible. For example:
   1. A volunteer might offer a donation.
   2. The host organisation might help the volunteer to find accommodation.
   3. The host organisation might provide food and/or accommodation.
   4. The host organisation might advertise a paid position.
4. Remember that some volunteers may need an invitation from your organisation in order to get a Mongolian visa.
5. One year after advertising you will receive an e-mail asking if you wish to stay on the website. If you do not reply, your advert will be removed.

This is a new project and any feedback on your experiences using the website would be very welcome. If you successfully find a volunteer through the site, please tell us! We would also be very interested to hear about problems or ideas you have to improve the site in the future.
